"Strong Faith for Tough Times"
We begin our Lenten journey with a series on what makes a strong faith in the face of difficult times. The study will center on Phillip Yancey's recent book, "What Good is God? In Search of a Faith That matters." Yancey, one of the leading Christian writers of our day, is well known for tackling the dilemmas of faith.
February 21 & 22: "Where is God When it Hurts" The Virginia Tech massacre, the Columbine killings, the Oklahoma City bombing and other events make us wonder about the presence of a loving protective God. Despite our doubts and disappointments, God is present with and for us.
